Perfect Handwriting Books 1 -3 have been designed to teach pupils how to write confidently and clearly in manuscript (printed) form. They also learn the correct placement of arms on the paper, and proper movement of the hands while forming each letter. In Book 2, pupils learn the various family groups of letters, and this will help them write better and faster. Inside the book, pupils trace and copy words and sentences that begin with each letter. Notes for parents / teachers The size of the writing implement (pencil or pen) should not be too large or small for a learner’s hand. Whatever is being used should allow the pupils to hold it easily and correctly so that bad habits are avoided. Also, left-handed pupils should receive special guidance to meet their needs.
